Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a strategic Go-To-Market Recruiter focused on Applied AI to join the GTM recruiting team. You will lead full-cycle recruitment for customer-facing technical roles, helping build and scale the Applied AI team of pre-sales architects and technical advisors who enable enterprise deployments of Claude.

You will partner with GTM leadership, develop targeted hiring strategies, and use advanced sourcing to identify candidates with deep technical depth and business acumen.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for Applied AI team roles including pre-sales engineers and solutions architects.
• Partner with Applied AI leadership to develop hiring strategies aligned with GTM objectives.
• Execute sourcing strategies to find rare candidates with tech depth and business acumen.
• Create exceptional candidate experiences showcasing Anthropic's mission.
• Build pipelines with expertise in LLMs, cloud integration, and enterprise software.
• Collaborate with GTM recruiters to share insights and leads.
• Leverage Claude and AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency while maintaining high touch.
• Provide data-driven insights on compensation trends and talent availability.
