Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to design and deploy AI and analytics solutions that automate work, enhance decision‑making, and improve performance. You will prototype rapidly, partner with data engineering to productionize models, and work with operations to translate business challenges into actionable AI initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–7 years of analytics, data science, or AI/ML engineering with 2+ years deploying ML solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with maintainable code.
• Hands-on experience building applied AI/ML solutions end-to-end.
• Experience taking prototypes into production with data engineering teams.
• Experience with Databricks or modern analytics platforms.

• Design, build, and iterate on applied AI/ML solutions including forecasting, classification, NLP, and generative AI.
• Prototype end-to-end proofs of concept independently to validate ideas quickly.
