The role emphasizes translating technical experiments into business value, working in ambiguity, and shaping self-serve analytics and governance across Talent Analytics and HR data domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in business/data analytics or applied AI/ML with hands-on ownership of solutions.
• Hands-on experience building deploying AI agents or LLM-powered tools.
• Experience with data warehouse, data pipeline, and data architecture concepts.
• Experience with dashboards and self-serve or conversational analytics patterns.
• Ability to define confidence tiers for AI-generated outputs and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and iterate rapid AI proof-of-concepts and experiments.
• Develop agent-assisted analytics with clear decision boundaries and governance.
• Scan for new AI capabilities and determine what to pilot next.
• Define dashboards and visualization patterns for prototypes and self-serve analytics.
• Label outputs by confidence tier and ensure provenance traces.
• Partner with enterprise AI teams to align standards and roadmaps.
• Contribute to HR contextual layer and production handoff processes.
• Provide reliable estimates and rigorous planning for large, ambiguous initiatives.
• Embed AI into analytics product roadmaps and ensure production handoffs.
