Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to bridge customer needs with product innovation. Based in Chicago or San Francisco, you’ll work hands-on with strategic customers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions and shape product direction.

You’ll collaborate with R&D, Go-to-Market, and engineering to ensure outcomes align with business goals, while traveling to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background with real-world software development.
• Experience with AI/ML concepts and problem solving.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python or Ruby.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers.
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Fin by helping customers unlock AI capabilities to automate and scale support.
• Embed with strategic customers to understand business challenges and requirements.
• Work hands-on with customers’ technical teams to drive projects to completion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Success and Product for seamless customer experiences and feedback.
• Codify best practices and share insights to help the team scale.
