Job summary

Emerson, now the Test & Measurement (T&M) BU, is seeking applications engineers to work with sales and engineering teams to qualify, advance, and close opportunities in the Semiconductor/Electronics markets.

You will interact with customers, develop proofs-of-concept using NI/T&M hardware, and collaborate across teams to drive growth. Candidates should be pursuing an engineering/CS degree and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree with an engineering or computer science concentration.
• Familiarity with electronic measurement equipment (e.g., Power supplies, DMMs, Scopes, function generators).
• Familiarity with high-level programming languages (e.g., C, C++, C#, LabVIEW, Python).
• English language proficiency and strong communication skills.
• Work authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand technical and operational requirements and recommend NI/T&M solutions.
• Create proofs-of-concepts with NI/T&M hardware and software for demonstrations.
• Build relationships with customers and account managers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product feedback and technical initiatives.
