Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking an Applications Engineer-I to support design, testing, and integration of advanced MANET/MIMO systems. You will work with customers and the Sales Engineering team to drive product development and deliver cutting-edge solutions, including field trials and on-site support.

The role requires up to 25% travel, hybrid schedule in Irvine, CA, and collaboration with internal engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Computer or Electrical Engineering or equivalent STEM field.
Ability to work independently and multi-task with cross-functional teams and customers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Design and test complete solutions addressing unique technical problems.
Define new products/features and perform product evaluations and field trials.
Provide comprehensive support to customers and the sales team via troubleshooting and system integration.
