Job summary

Silvus Technologies，based in Irvine, CA, seeks a Senior System Integration and Test Engineer to join the Irvine Engineering team. You will conduct system integration and test activities, collaborating with design, sales, and product engineering to drive development and validation of cutting‑edge solutions.

You will define and test new products, support customers and internal teams, and travel up to 25% domestically and internationally to provide in‑person engineering support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field plus 5+ years in embedded firmware development and testing, or 3+ years with advanced degree.
• Proficiency with lab instruments such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government contracts.
• Background check and drug test clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and test complete solutions using Silvus HW and SW products.
• Prepare and execute integration test plans including firmware/hardware and product-level testing.
• Define new products/features and perform evaluations and field tests.
• Provide debugging and system integration support to internal teams and customers.
• Support demonstrations, training, testing, and reproducing field bugs.
• Create and maintain customer-facing documentation.
