Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a leading provider of MANET and MIMO systems, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola Solutions and seeks an Applications Engineer‑I in West Los Angeles. You will design, test, and support complex solutions for customers and the sales team, with up to 25% travel and a hybrid onsite schedule.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to define features, perform field trials, and engineer complete solutions for mission‑critical applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent degree in relevant STEM field).
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with cross-functional teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Design and test complete solutions that solve unique technical problems.
• Define new products and features to fill gaps and perform product evaluations and field trials for new product features and accessories.
• Provide comprehensive support to customers and the sales team through troubleshooting and system integration engineering.
