Job summary

Green Courte Residential Holdings, LLC seeks an Applications Analyst to drive the health and efficiency of core business applications, including CRM, PMS, and financial planning tools. The role partners with IT, operations, finance and analytics to ensure seamless data flow and reliable system performance.

The ideal candidate has a MIS/IT/Analytics background, strong stakeholder skills, and experience with real estate operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS/IT/Analytics or STEM field.
• Experience in management or technology consulting, solutions engineering, or real estate operations.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements with systems thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own the health of core business applications (CRM, PMS, FP&A).
• Collaborate with IT, operations, finance and analytics teams to ensure high performance.
• Ensure data is clean and integrated across systems.
