Job summary
Realtor.com® seeks an experienced Staff Enterprise Systems Technical Business Analyst to lead strategic initiatives across our enterprise applications, with a primary focus on Salesforce and customer-facing systems. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Engineering and Product to deliver scalable technology solutions that improve operations and the customer experience.

Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years as BA/ANL/PM with Salesforce experience.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Translate product vision into scalable system capabilities and plans.
- Lead discovery sessions and write user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Guide engineering through design, development, and QA.
- Manage multiple initiatives with clear exec communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Success, Finance, Product.
- Explore AI-enabled solutions with Salesforce Agentforce or similar.
