National Housing Trust seeks a Real Estate Operations & Systems Analyst to optimize data and processes for the Real Estate team. The role focuses on managing MRI and Smartsheet systems, improving data quality, reporting, and compliance across Asset Management, Real Estate Development, and Finance.

The Analyst will support tool development and execute data-driven workflows to strengthen portfolio oversight and team operations, reporting to the Managing Director of Real Estate.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate Development, or Data Analytics.
• At least three years of relevant experience, ideally in multi-family asset management or data analytics.
• Commitment to NHT's mission and assisting low-income families.
• Affordable housing experience (HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, PRAC) is a plus.
• Ability to integrate, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems; MRI and Smartsheets preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented systems/process thinker.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communications skills.
• Ability to work with time-sensitive material and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Act as administrator for Smartsheets and manage fields, dashboards, and user guides; train team.
• Serve as administrator for MRI; migrate portfolio data and manage vendor relationships.
• Develop and maintain data policies to ensure timely MRI data capture and reporting.
• Identify and implement new systems and processes for the real estate team.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting across Asset Management, Real Estate Development and Finance.
