Job summary

BG Staffing is seeking a Real Estate Technology Analyst to design, develop, and implement AI-driven tools for a dedicated corporate client account. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with remote work, supporting transaction teams and leadership with automated workflows and dashboards.

The candidate should have a BA/BS and 1–3 years in data analytics or BI, with familiarity in Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau, plus basic Python/SQL skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in data analysis, BI, or automation roles.
• Experience building automation workflows or AI-assisted tooling.
• Hybrid work arrangement with on-site client office days.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven tools to streamline transaction tracking and reporting.
• Create templates, dashboards, and templates to standardize workflows across the account.
• Integrate AI with existing databases to reduce data silos and speed up communication.
• Collaborate with Transaction team to identify bottlenecks and automate processes.
• Provide training and support to adoption of new technologies.
