Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Application Support Analyst to deliver critical client support across enterprise systems such as Yardi Voyager, Nexus (Bottomline), MRI, and related applications. As the primary SME, you will guide system functionality, resolve complex issues, and help drive operational excellence with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• SQL fluency required.
• Strong Excel skills with data analysis capabilities.
• General accounting knowledge.
• 1+ year of experience supporting accounting or real estate software.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the ServiceNow queue with timely responses.
• Resolve AP/AR issues across modules and business functions.
• Validate and support analytical/custom/scheduled/standard reports.
• Provide SQL data fix package support for data issues.
• Configure system settings, lookups, and procurement tasks.
• Produce SOC1, AC18, and UAR compliance reports.
• Collaborate with Dev/Platform teams on releases and optimizations.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow KBAs for the Global Service Desk.
