Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze occupancy, leasing, collections, maintenance, unit turns, and resident activity.
• Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and flag variances.
• Track unit turns, work orders, and vendor performance.
• Collaborate with property, operations, finance, and leadership to reconcile data.
• Identify gaps and support practical process improvements.
• Maintain accurate datasets, trackers, and documentation.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and ad hoc reporting.
• Translate data into clear insights to improve occupancy and turnover.
