Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. seeks an Applications Analyst to join the Enterprise Conversion Solutions team. You will work on high-end data conversion projects for financial institution clients, collaborating with programmers, vendors, PMs and support reps to ensure successful outcomes.

This onsite role is based in Springfield, MO. The ideal candidate brings technical troubleshooting knowledge and a strong customer service mindset, with an emphasis on handling sensitive data and multitasking in

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical or troubleshooting environment using Microsoft products (Excel/Word/Teams/Outlook).
At least 6 months of customer service experience.
Valid driver’s license to travel up to 20% to/from Springfield to Branson data center.

Responsibilities

Communicates with internal and external customers to ensure data and databases are collected.
Provides remote assistance when needed (Bomgar, Webex, Smarttech).
Completes and ships equipment list requests daily with urgency.
Transports data to backup DR site as needed.
Maintains data security in accordance with policy and procedures.
Interacts with Project Managers, CRMs, customers, vendors, and internal product groups.
Manages project workload, prioritizes tasks, and works independently.
Administers the SFTP site.
Assembles and configures NAS devices.
