You will help convert high-risk financial data between proprietary systems and work with programmers, vendors, project managers and support reps. This role requires 1+ year in a technical/troubleshooting environment using Microsoft Office products and at least 6 months of customer service experience; travel up to 20% to the Branson data center is expected weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a technical or troubleshooting environment using Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Must have at least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license to travel up to 20% to Branson data center weekly.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with internal and external customers to ensure all applicable data and/or database are collected.
• Provides remote assistance via Bomgar, Webex, Smarttech as needed.
• Completes and ships all equipment list requests daily with urgency.
• Transports data to backup DR site as needed.
• Data security is a top priority; follows all policies and procedures.
• Interacts with Project Managers, CRMs, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintains project organization, prioritizes tasks, and works self-sufficiently.
• Administers the SFTP site.
• Assembles and configures NAS devices.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
