Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a technical or troubleshooting environment using general Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Communicates with internal and external customers to ensure data and databases are collected.
• Provides remote assistance as needed via Bomgar, Webex, Smarttech.
• Completes and ships equipment list requests daily with urgency.
• Transports data to backup DR site as needed.
• Data security is a top priority; handle every data set with care.
• Interacts with Project Managers, CRMs, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage project workload with organization and self-sufficiency.
• Administer the SFTP site and NAS devices.
