Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking an Applications Analyst to join the Enterprise Conversion Solutions team in Springfield, MO. The role focuses on high-end data conversion projects, coordinating with programmers, vendors, and project managers to ensure secure data handling and successful delivery.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in a technical environment, 6 months of customer service, and a valid license to travel to the Branson data center as part of a weekly rotation.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical or troubleshooting environment using general Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook.
• Must have at least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license to travel up to 20% to/from Springfield to the Branson data center; travel is weekly during rotation.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with internal and external customers to ensure all applicable data and/or database are collected.
• Provides remote assistance via Bomgar, Webex, Smarttech as needed.
• Completes and ships equipment list requests daily with urgency.
• Transports data to the backup DR site as needed.
• Data security is a top priority; handle each data set with care.
• Interacts with Project Managers, CRMs, customers, vendors, and internal JH product groups.
• PM skills; ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently.
• Administers the SFTP site.
• Assembles and configures NAS devices.
• Other duties as assigned.
