Job summary

Citi is seeking an Application Support Tech Lead for the Data & Analytics Platforms Operations team within PBI and Wealth Management Technology. The role focuses on full-stack technology compliance, infrastructure oversight, and risk mitigation for an enterprise analytics environment.

The ideal candidate will mentor junior analysts, drive technical documentation, and partner with Product Owners to align integration requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in application support, technology operations, or related technical discipline with managing high-impact workstreams.
• Ability to analyze system logic, identify root causes, and design scalable solutions.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to guide cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment and ongoing monitoring of infrastructure and software compliance across Data & Analytics Platforms environments.
• Coordinate administrators and platform users to execute remediation plans and resolve risks.
• Identify security vulnerabilities and implement targeted mitigation strategies.
