Job summary

Citi’s Jacksonville-based Applications Development team seeks a senior Technology Lead Analyst to guide enterprise applications. You will coordinate engineering, analytics, and infrastructure to deliver scalable systems and APIs end-to-end.

Responsibilities include leading design, ensuring code quality, and driving innovative, compliant solutions aligned with Citi's architecture blueprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• Strong coding skills in Python and Java/C++.
• Experience building APIs (REST/GraphQL) and web frameworks (Django/Flask).
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes; cloud experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities with the Technology team.
• Partner with management to define system enhancements for new products and processes.
• Provide expert guidance to mid-level developers and analysts; allocate work.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, rules, and Citi policies.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and architectures.
• Elevate data-driven decision making with robust analytics and dashboards.
