Job summary

Citi Trends, Inc. is seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for business-critical applications across the organization.

You will work with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure reliable application performance and support new implementations. Responsibilities include configuring systems, training users, solving complex issues, and coordinating with vendors during outages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in IT/IS/application support or related area.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, manage, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair networks, hardware, software/applications, and user accounts.
• Train users in proper use and security of all systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and resolve technical problems related to computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Consult with others to assess, analyze, and resolve technical problems.
• Analyze business information and processes to identify efficiency opportunities and implement solutions.
• Lead project teams of system users and vendors to ensure data accuracy and optimal operation.
• Determine priorities, analyze options, and select methods for completion.
• Coordinate with vendors during outages, updates, and upgrades.
• Stay informed on application roadmaps and issues and share with stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics and system/application performance.
• Create and maintain documentation, reports, and logs.
• Perform tasks accurately and on time as directed.
• Cover night and weekend shifts as needed.
• Participate in business continuity planning and execution.
