Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience with SQL and relational database technology.
• Familiarity with software development processes, Windows, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize effectively, and solve problems through to resolution.
• Flexibility to support occasional night/weekend coverage and periodic travel to distribution centers.
