This hybrid role collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and users to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, support implementations, and ensure reliable day-to-day operations across multi-location distribution and store environments. The ideal candidate has a IT/CS degree and 3+ years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and hands-on SQL

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience with SQL and relational database technology.
• Familiarity with software development processes, Windows, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize effectively, and solve problems through to resolution.
• Flexibility to support occasional night/weekend coverage and periodic travel to distribution centers.

Responsabilités

• Support, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot business applications, hardware, networks, and user accounts
• Diagnose and resolve software, database, network, and system issues
• Partner with vendors during outages, upgrades, malfunctions, and application updates
• Use business-process analysis to identify efficiency opportunities and implement practical solutions
• Monitor application performance, maintain documentation and logs, and support testing
• Train users on system functionality and security best practices
• Participate in project teams, change management, and business continuity/disaster recovery activities
