Job summary

InnovMetric Software invites applications for a fully remote role supporting PolyWorks users in the United States. The position involves in-depth software expertise, customer training sessions, and tailored demonstrations to meet client needs.

You will communicate customer feedback to our development team and participate in events promoting our software solutions. A Mechanical Engineering degree and CAD/CAM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
• Have experience with CAD/CAM software, design and manufacturing processes.
• Be willing to travel between Canada and the United States.
• Demonstrate a client-focused approach by proactively understanding and meeting customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of PolyWorks solutions to provide basic and advanced technical support to customers.
• Provide customer training sessions (typically lasting three days) to ensure effective and efficient use of our software.
• Perform advanced software demonstrations tailored to the needs of prospective customers.
• Act as the voice of the customer by communicating needs and feedback to the software development team.
• Participate in events and trade shows related to promoting our software solutions.
