• Provide customer training sessions typically lasting three days to ensure effective use of software.
• Perform advanced software demonstrations tailored to prospective customers' needs.
• Act as the voice of the customer by communicating their needs to the software development team.
• Participate in events and trade shows related to our software solutions.
