Job summary

PolyWorks USA is seeking a technically proficient professional to deliver advanced technical support and customer training for PolyWorks solutions. The role involves conducting demonstrations, gathering customer feedback for development, and representing the company at events across the US.

Candidates should hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and be willing to travel between Canada and the United States.

• Develop an in-depth understanding of PolyWorks solutions to provide basic and advanced technical support to customers.
• Provide customer training sessions (typically lasting three days) to ensure effective and efficient use of our software.
• Perform advanced software demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
• Act as the voice of the customer by communicating needs and feedback to the software development team.
• Participate in events and trade shows related to our software solutions.

• Develop an in-depth understanding of PolyWorks® solutions to provide both basic and advanced technical support to customers
• Provide customer training sessions (typically lasting three days) to ensure effective and efficient use of our software
• Perform advanced software demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of prospective customers
• Act as the voice of the customer by communicating their needs and feedback to our software development team
• Participate to events and trade shows related to the promotion of our software solutions

Qualifications

• Hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field
• Have experience with CAD/CAM software, design and manufacturing processes
• Be willing to travel between Canada and the United States
• Demonstrate a client-focused approach by proactively understanding and meeting customer needs

Please note that this is a fully remote position with regular travel required across the United States.
