Job summary

Highway is a fast-growing freight tech provider in North America, hiring for an Application Operations role based in Dallas. The position ensures onboarding processes are secure and efficient, oversees identity verification, and guides the carrier support team through high-volume inquiries.

You will troubleshoot issues and implement fixes while coordinating with the Operations Team. You will work Monday–Friday with after-hours on-call, weekend, and holiday support as needed, ensuring minimal

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IT/Business admin or related field.
Experience in Application Operations in a software company preferred.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills required.
Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

Monitor onboarding flow and serve as escalation for process issues to ensure security and performance.
Oversee carrier identity verification and user authentication for secure implementation.
Direct the Carrier support team; review response times and escalated cases with Operations.
Maintain application uptime by analyzing issues and ensuring timely onboarding.
Propose updates to fix bugs and improve application operation.
Troubleshoot technical problems and provide user-specific solutions.
Respond promptly to internal and external communications while juggling priorities.
Collaborate with the Highway team to deliver excellent service.
