In this position, you will act as the primary point of contact for carriers and customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track all active shipments to ensure on-time delivery and accurate status updates.
• Serve as the main point of contact for carriers, drivers, and customers during after-hours operations.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays in transit, escalating as needed.
• Update internal systems with accurate, real-time shipment details and status changes.
• Communicate professionally with customers to provide timely updates and solutions.
• Collaborate with the day operations team to ensure a seamless transition and accurate handoff of information.
• Maintain accurate records of all communication, updates, and issue resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer requirements.

• 1+ year(s) experience within freight brokerage.

  • Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 12pm-9pm
  • Remote schedule upon training completion.
