Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a Sales Engineer to act as a technical partner to sales teams and customers, providing advanced application support for complex HVAC product applications. The role includes independent project management, onsite support as needed, and leadership in trainings and cross-functional initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of experience for Entry, or 3-5 years for II, or 6-9 years for Sr, with a Bachelor’s in Engineering and a strong customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical application support for complex and custom product applications.
• Independently troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of field issues, including onsite support when required.
• Develop solutions for unique or special applications, including detailed design input, submittals, drawings, and special pricing recommendations.
• Proactively analyze bid opportunities, plans, and specifications to influence product positioning and roadmap within assigned markets.
