ManpowerGroup's Experis is seeking an Application Developer - HRMS/Oracle HCM to join the HR Technology Support team. You will support enterprise HR systems, collaborate across teams, and help optimize data flows and HR processes.

This remote role, open to candidates across the US (EST preferred), involves developing and customizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions, and leading integrations with First Advantage for I-9 verification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience as Oracle HRMS Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules and HR processes.
• Experience in HRMS workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and HRMS APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions for US-based clients.
• Lead integrations with First Advantage for I-9 verification and background checks.
• Analyze recruiting business processes and identify gaps within Oracle product functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and data flow.

As an Application Developer - HRMS/Oracle HCM, you will be part of the HR Technology Support team supporting enterprise-wide HR systems. Location:Remote (Can work from anywhere in the US. EST preferred)

Pay Range:$85/hr on W2
