ManpowerGroup's Experis division in Austin, TX seeks an ERP Consultant specialized in Oracle Cloud Financials to drive strategy, configuration, and ERP optimization for IT operations and business processes.

You'll lead functional configuration for Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting, guide client sessions, and support data conversion and multi-country depreciation rules. This role includes collaboration on proposals and lifecycle support.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting modules.
• Ability to translate business requirements into configurations during client sessions.
• Certified or 5+ years configuring Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting.
• Knowledge of data conversion processes in Oracle Cloud.
• Experience configuring Corp and Tax books with country-specific depreciation rules.

Responsabilités

• Lead functional configuration and review activities to strengthen Oracle Cloud ERP performance.
• Support day-to-day Oracle Cloud ERP project tasks including design and lifecycle reviews.
• Collaborate with clients and resources from other service lines to align ERP with needs.

Job Title: ERP Consultant - Oracle

Location: Austin, TX

Pay Range: $80 to $105 houry on w2

What's the Job?

Participate in Oracle Cloud Financials projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Oracle Cloud applications

Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; work with the appropriate resources from other service lines/industries

Execute day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud ERP including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firms respectful and courteous work environment

Lead functional configuration and review activities that strengthen Oracle Cloud ERP performance and alignment to client needs

What's Needed?

• Expertise in Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting modules
• Able to conduct client sessions and translate business requirements into configurations
• Certified or at least 5+ years configuring Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting
• Knowledge of data conversion process in Oracle Cloud
• Expertise in configuration of Corp and Tax books, including custom depreciation rules for multiple countries
