Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a SAP HCM Time & Payroll Consultant for a remote, contract role. You will work on SAP Time-Management and Payroll, supporting break/fix, monitoring and testing, while designing, building and configuring applications to meet business processes and requirements.

Experience with Time Evaluation, PCRs, and S/4HANA with CATS is essential. You will also have technical exposure to SAP HCM Payroll for Mexico, Costa Rica and Peru, handling taxes, benefits and vacations, and you

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in SAP Time-Management and SAP Payroll.
• Experience providing support: break/fix, monitoring, testing.
• Design, build and configure applications to meet business requirements.
• Time Evaluation and Payroll in SAP S/4HANA with CATS.
• SAP HCM Payroll knowledge for Mexico, Costa Rica and Peru (taxes, benefits, vacations).

Responsibilities

5 to 8 years of experience: Working on SAP Time-Management and SAP Payroll Providing support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing)Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements Working on PCRs, schemas with respect to Time Evaluation and Payroll Taking care of Unit Test Scripts in HPALM tool and documentation with appropriate screen shots for testing scenarios to business for UAT5+ full Time Implementation in SAP S/4 Hana with CATS (Positive & Negative time)Technical Experience in SAP HCM Payroll for Mexico, Costa Rica and Peru (Taxes, Benefits and Vacations) - P3Proficient English Ability to work well independently as a collaborative team player Ability to prioritize and multi-task Self-motivated and able to work well in a fast-paced, empowered environment with strict deadlines.
