Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales or 6 months in Lowe’s retail experience.
• 1 year of sales or customer service in a setting with sales goals.
• Able to read, write and perform basic arithmetic; stand for long periods; lift 25 lbs.
• Licensure or registration may be required by state law; Lowe’s supports this.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, handling estimates and orders.
• In Pro Dept, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate with vendors and stores for replacements.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and support pricing/documentation.
