Job summary

Lowe's in the United States is hiring a Sales Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, helping them select products and bring project ideas to life in a fast-paced store environment.

You will become a product expert, explaining features, promotions, and financing options to close sales, with opportunities across departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, and more. Training and bonus programs support growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of sales or customer-service experience in a sales environment with goals or metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs.
• Lowe's will support sales-related licensure/registration if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors, providing estimates, scheduling installs, processing orders, and following up for project completion.
• In Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/stores to stock merchandise.
• Perform price reviews per pricing policies and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and departmental pages, or requests for assistance.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach on development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
