Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Specialist to engage customers, understand project needs, and guide them to the right products. You will become the product expert, explain specifications, features, and financing options to close sales, and deliver exceptional service on the store floor.

You will work in departments like Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, or Tools, contributing to positive customer outcomes and steady store performance.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales if education unmet).
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience with goals/metrics.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or >25 lbs with accommodations.
• Obtain sales-related licensure/registration if required by law in your state (Lowe's will support).

Responsabilidades

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Coordinate estimates, scheduling, and order tracking within department.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory and work with vendors to restock.
• Assist with price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and store communications.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and support development.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
