Qualifications

• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales if education not met).
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service with sales goals or metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors, including estimates and scheduling.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors for stock replacement.
• Price reviews and maintenance of pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and assist customers as needed.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coaching on development.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
