Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum: 1 year in customer-facing sales or 6 months in Lowe's retail experience.
• Minimum: 1 year in sales or customer service with required sales goals/metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Lift at least 25 lbs.
• Lowe's may support sales-related licensure if required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Act as point of contact for customers and vendors within your department; manage estimates, installations, orders, and follow-up.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/stores to reorder stock.
• Perform price reviews according to policies and maintain pricing records.
• Support all checkout functions and assist with department requests.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach on development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
