Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a Field Service Technician (DMST) in the Bremerton, WA area to deliver an exceptional customer experience by servicing LG products in customers' homes.

The role covers diagnosing and repairing major appliances, TVs, and A/C units, traveling to customer sites, and contributing to safety and data paperwork while representing LG with professionalism. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role (Appliance repair preferred).
• Experience repairing major appliances (Refrigeration/sealed systems, cooking, cleaning products).
• Experience in the use of tools, and diagnostic test equipment.
• Ability to properly trouble-shoot, diagnose, repair and document product/system issues.
• Valid Driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain appropriate EPA Certification.
• Meet physical requirements generally associated with field service repair such as continuous bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Bremerton and surrounding areas to service LG appliances.
• Diagnose, repair and document issues for major appliances, TVs and A/C units.
• Meet or exceed company metrics (customer satisfaction, first-time fix, parts management).
• Proper use of PPE, vehicle and diagnostic tools provided by LG.
• Pre-screen next day service calls by obtaining necessary information prior to arrival.
