Job summary

LG Electronics in the Mobile, AL area is seeking a Field Service Technician (DMST) to service LG appliances and electronics in customers' homes. You will diagnose, repair, and test major appliances, TVs, and HVAC units, traveling to customer sites and maintaining accurate service records.

The role requires at least 1 year in a technical role (appliance repair preferred), ability to lift up to 50 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and EPA certification.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a technical role (Appliance repair preferred).
• Experience repairing major appliances (Refrigeration/sealed systems, cooking, cleaning products).
• Experience in the use of tools, and diagnostic test equipment.
• Ability to properly trouble-shoot, diagnose, repair and document product/system issues.
• Valid Driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain appropriate EPA Certification.
• Meet physical requirements generally associated with field service repair such as continuous bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.
