Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Strong interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose appliances & electronics.
• Run all calls scheduled for the day.
• Order parts and comment in the work order from the customer’s home.
• Install parts on units and test operation after installation.
• Call tech line and document the call in the system after any failed repair attempt.
• Finalize all billing notes from the customer’s home.
• Additional tasks as assigned and completed within the agreed timeframe.
