You will start each day by contacting the customer, run scheduled calls, install parts, test performance, and finish billing notes while delivering the Superstore Experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose Appliances & Electronics.
• Order parts and document work orders.
• Install parts on units and test operation.
• Contact customer at the start of each work day.
• Run all calls that are scheduled for the day.
• Finalize billing notes from the customers home.
• Additional tasks within scope may be assigned.
