GE Appliances, a Haier company, is seeking a Bodewell Appliance Care Technician in Charlotte, NC. You will diagnose and complete in-home repairs on GE appliances, decide when to repair or replace based on cost and customer needs, and promote service plans and related products to ensure best value for customers.

You’ll operate a service van, document repairs, participate in training, and maintain your vehicle and tools.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of appliance repair experience or related fields.
• Ability to diagnose and repair major appliances.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer aptitude; proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and Teams.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including some Saturdays.
• Valid state driver’s license; background check and drug screen.
• CFC Certification required or willing to obtain within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and complete in-home repairs on GE appliances.
• Recommend repair vs replacement based on cost-effectiveness and customer needs.
• Promote service contracts, water filters and related products for value-driven solutions.
• Operate an assigned Bodewell service van to customer locations.
• Document repairs, routes and work activities accurately.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to maintain expertise.
• Maintain inventory and service vehicle upkeep.
• Deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
