GE Appliances, a Haier company, is hiring an Appliance Care Expert in Charlotte, NC. You will diagnose and repair major appliances, educate customers, and represent the GE Appliances brand in providing lasting service solutions.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of appliance repair, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or property maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and repair major appliances.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Valid state driver’s license; background check, physical, and drug screen required.
• Willing to obtain CFC Certification within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and complete in-home repairs on GE Appliances' major appliances.
• Assess repair vs replacement based on cost-effectiveness and customer needs.
• Promote and sell service contracts and related products.
• Operate the assigned service van to customer locations.
• Document repairs, routes, and work activities accurately.
• Participate in training and maintain industry expertise.
