Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: HS Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience with appliance repair, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or property maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and repair major appliances.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a professional approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Teams.
• Flexible schedule including some Saturdays.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check, physical, and drug screen.
• Willingness to obtain CFC Certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and complete in-home repairs on GE Appliances' major appliances.
• Advise customers on repair vs replacement based on cost-effectiveness and needs.
• Promote service contracts, water filters, and related products while delivering value-driven solutions.
• Operate the assigned Bodewell service van to customer locations.
• Document repairs, routes, and activities accurately.
• Participate in training sessions, meetings, and events to maintain expertise.
• Maintain inventory and service vehicle upkeep.
• Deliver high-quality service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
