Job summary

Best Buy in North Haven, CT is seeking a Certified Apple Expert to create world-class shopping experiences and help our customers meet their technology needs. You’ll train to become an expert and support revenue, margin and store operations while promoting Apple products.

You’ll spend most of your time in the Apple department assisting customers across categories, acting as a subject matter expert and champion for Apple products, with a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales, customer service or related fields.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions
• One year of experience working with consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert, advocate and champion for Apple products
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge through ongoing learning, self-development and specialized certifications
• Keep the department organized and ready to serve customers
