Best Buy is seeking a Certified Apple Computing Advisor to create a world-class shopping experience and inspire customers with technology solutions. You will build quality relationships, deliver product demonstrations, and provide full-service support to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

You will leverage deep product knowledge, ongoing training, and vendor partnerships to promote tailored tech solutions, while collaborating with teammates to ensure an engaging customer journey in-store

Qualifications

Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury, or complex technology solutions.
1 year of experience working with consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers to understand needs and provide solutions.
Process sales transactions including online and in-store orders while guiding returns/exchanges with other advisors.
Achieve team and individual goals while delivering an excellent customer shopping experience.
Demonstrate product knowledge and continue learning to promote and sell products and services.
Engage with customers for consultations in-store, by phone, or online chat.
Identify deeper customer needs to create lasting relationships and sales opportunities.
