Job summary

Tech-Assist seeks an experienced Jamf Engineer to lead Apple device management across enterprise environments. The role focuses on Jamf Pro, macOS administration, and compliance workflows.

You will design, deploy, and optimize enrollment, policies, and security configurations while collaborating with IT and Security teams in a hybrid Dallas area setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Jamf/Apple endpoint management.
• Jamf 400 certification is required.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jamf Pro.
• Strong knowledge of macOS administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing Apple devices through Apple Business Manager (ABM).
• Experience with Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).
• Experience creating Jamf policies, configuration profiles, smart groups, and extension attributes.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, administer, and maintain Jamf Pro environments.
• Manage Apple devices including macOS, iOS, and iPadOS using Jamf.
• Develop and maintain device enrollment, configuration profiles, policies, restrictions, and compliance settings.
• Manage application deployment, patching, software distribution, and OS updates through Jamf.
• Implement and troubleshoot ADE and device provisioning workflows.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Jamf Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Apple device management, Jamf Pro, macOS/iOS administration, and enterprise endpoint management.
