Groundswell is seeking an experienced Appian Test Engineering Lead to drive QA strategy for web-based applications and automation initiatives.

You will mentor a remote/hybrid testing team, develop test plans, manage data, review results, and report progress. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years testing experience, with US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years in software testing with cross-team collaboration.
• 2+ years of automation testing.
• Experience leading a testing team and mentoring juniors.
• Knowledge of test management and automation tools (Playwright, Selenium).

Responsabilités

• Lead QA program design and overall test strategy.
• Develop test environments and test data.
• Mentor testing staff and evaluate performance.
• Plan, execute, and report on testing for software development and maintenance.
• Review and improve test documentation.
• Collaborate with testing groups on issues and upgrades.
• Report bugs and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform technical reviews to ensure quality processes.
