Job summary

Groundswell is seeking an Appian Business Analyst to join our team. You will partner with Appian product teams and engage customers to gather requirements for Appian applications.

Responsibilities include discovery workshops, data modeling, process analysis, and collaboration with product managers and architects to define and refine product requirements and roadmaps. Remote role with East Coast hours and eligibility for federal security clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience performing business analysis and refining requirements for information systems.
• This position is remote with ability to work east coast hours as needed.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required federal government security clearance if needed. US citizenship required for clearance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Dev Managers in defining MVP and release plans.
• Conduct requirement discovery, data modeling, process design and BPM applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements and roadmap.
• Write user stories with acceptance criteria for developers and QA.
• Prepare estimates for user stories in the backlog.
• Conduct reviews and acceptance of implemented user stories.
