Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience performing business analysis and refining requirements for information systems.
• Strong communication at all levels of an organization (written and verbal).
• Experience working with common process‑based documentation methods including use cases, Agile user stories, and process modeling.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Dev Managers in defining the MVP for a given application/product.
• Conduct requirement discovery, data modeling, and process improvement analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Dev Managers and technology stakeholders to define new product requirements.
